Excellent service. Managed to get a same day appointment for ear microsuction. Had been suffering with pain and a blocked ear for days. The procedure was explained clearly and was quick and painless. I could hear again! Would highly recommend.

I was having trouble with both my ears blocked by wax, for which various types of drops proved ineffective, so I went to Re:Gen for microsuction. My first appointment was with Alisha and I was very impressed by the way she explained the treatment and by the way she carried out the procedure. I was also impressed by the fact that she said that I would need a second appontment, at no extra cost, to remove some hardened ear wax that needed to be softened by olive oil before it could be removed. She even gave me a tiny bottle of olive oil! On my next visit I saw Shaz (? -sorry if I've got the name wrong) who removed quite a lot more wax fom one of my ears. I was really impressed by my treatment and would highly recommend Re:Gen.

I had a fantastic experience at Re:Gen Clinic. The staff were incredibly friendly from start to finish, and everything was explained to me clearly at each appointment. I ended up needing two appointments because my ear wax was very dry and deeply impacted, so I’d definitely recommend using ear drops for a few days beforehand to make the process smoother.

The procedure itself was comfortable, and I didn’t feel any pain other than a bit of pressure because the wax was stuck right against my ear drum. I was asked if I was okay throughout, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was easy and stress-free.

I’m extremely happy with the outcome. My hearing feels unbelievably clear now. I feel like I can hear colours, and maybe even people’s thoughts. Highly recommend Re:Gen Clinic.
